Hi, I’m Dr. Amy
I believe good healthcare starts with feeling truly seen. My goal is to be a soft place to land in what can often feel like a confusing, overwhelming, and frustrating healthcare system. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and like your concerns matter.
I'm passionate about blending the best of evidence-based medicine with genuine human connection. I love diving into the research, but I'm just as interested in getting to know you — your story, your goals, your challenges, and what health actually looks like in your day-to-day life. Because no two people are the same, I don't believe your care should be either.
I have a particular interest in mental health, skin health, hormonal and reproductive health, and digestive concerns, and I welcome patients of all identities, bodies, and backgrounds. Whether you're navigating something that's been bothering you for years or you're simply looking to feel your best, we'll work together to uncover what's going on and create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
My treatment plans are guided by clinical evidence, lab work, physical exams, and your lived experience. Depending on your needs, we might use nutrition, lifestyle medicine, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical prescribing, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrient injections, or a combination of approaches. My goal is to help you better understand your health, feel supported throughout the process, and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
