Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
Finding the right healthcare provider is about more than booking an appointment; it's about finding someone you feel comfortable trusting with your story. I want you to have all the information you need before making that decision.
Below, you'll find everything you need to get started, including how to book, what to expect, and answers to some common questions. Whether you're ready to schedule or just getting to know my practice, you've come to the right place.
1. Free Meet & Greet
This is a chance for us to connect before booking your first appointment. During our conversation, you can:
Share what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get support with
Ask questions about my approach to care
Learn what working together might look like
See if we feel like the right fit for one another
This is an informal conversation rather than a medical appointment, so no assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations will be provided.
If it feels like we're a good fit, we can talk about next steps!
2. Initial Appointment
Before Your Appointment
Complete your new patient intake form (this usually takes 20–30 minutes).
Bring a list—or the actual bottles—of any medications, supplements, or herbal products you're currently taking.
Email any relevant blood work, imaging, or test results from the past year.
During Your Appointment
We'll take a deep dive into your health history and discuss your current concerns and goals.
If appropriate, I'll perform any relevant physical examinations.
We'll review whether any additional laboratory testing would be helpful and order it if needed.
You'll leave with the foundation of a personalized treatment plan and clear next steps to get started.
3. Second Appointment
Typically, this appointment is scheduled 4 weeks after the initial appointment.
We will review any bloodwork or testing results and initiate your individualized treatment plan.
4. Ongoing Care
The purpose of future follow-up appointments is to monitor your progress, update your active treatment plan, and provide education surrounding your health.
Follow-ups are typically scheduled every 1-6 months to monitor progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
These appointments vary from 15-60 minutes in length depending on the complexity of your case.
I also offer annual physical exams and trauma-informed cervical exams

Your Questions, Answered-
Yes. Depending on your needs, virtual and in-person appointments may be available at both my clinic locations
-
Naturopathic medicine is not generally covered by BC's MSP, but many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for naturopathic doctor visits.
Coverage varies, so I recommend checking directly with your insurance provider.
-
Naturopathic medicine can often be used alongside conventional medical care.
I believe in collaborative healthcare and will work within my scope of practice while supporting coordination with your existing healthcare team when appropriate.
-
Trauma-informed care means recognizing that past experiences can shape how people experience healthcare today. My goal is to create an environment where you feel respected, informed, and in control. I'll explain what we're doing, ask for consent throughout physical exams, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
